Delete your account

These instructions apply to AI Business Karo (formerly Bharat Builders, unchanged package com.bharat.builders), operated by Gaurav Panwar. The name change does not create a different account. You can request deletion without reinstalling the app by emailing the operator below.

Account deletion does not require buying membership. Account-management options remain available from the membership gate even without a content-access entitlement.

Option 1: delete in the app, where available

Open AI Business Karo and go to Profile / Your space. If you are on the membership screen, use its account-management option; you do not need to purchase access.
Sign in to the account you want to delete. Choose Verify mobile again and complete phone verification inside the app. Deletion requires a phone login within the last 5 minutes.
Return to Profile, choose Delete account, read the confirmation and confirm deletion.
Wait for the result. The flow first removes academy data and any stored private attachments, then deletes the Firebase sign-in account. Do not assume deletion completed if an error or pending message appears.

If only part succeeds, follow the app’s message. You may need to verify your mobile again and retry Delete account. If you cannot complete it, email support and explain the last message shown. Do not send authentication codes.

Option 2: request deletion by email

Email nextlearning123@gmail.com with the subject “AI Business Karo account deletion request”.

State that you want your AI Business Karo account and associated data deleted.
Identify the account using its registered mobile number, including country code. You may initially provide a masked number and ask for the ownership-verification process before sharing more.
If relevant, include an existing request reference or the deletion error message. Avoid unrelated personal documents.

We must verify account ownership before deleting data or disclosing account information. Support will explain an appropriate verification step, which may involve signing in within the official app. We will never ask you to send passwords, OTPs, recovery codes or payment PINs. If you no longer control your registered number, explain that in your email; do not send someone else’s credentials.

We will respond about verification and the status of your request, within any time limits required by applicable law. Processing may depend on ownership verification, storage cleanup and legal obligations. We will explain any lawful reason for retaining limited information rather than treating the request as fully completed.

What deletion removes

Deletion covers your academy profile (including name and phone), learning progress, Helper requests, request messages, any stored private attachments, and related entitlement/subscription records. It also covers any academy staff membership for that account, then your Firebase sign-in account. These categories apply only to records that actually exist; attachment uploads are currently disabled. Local account caches are cleared by the successful in-app flow. If deletion is handled by email, clear app storage or uninstall to remove any remaining local copies on your device.

Access for the deleted academy identity is blocked. Storage cleanup or Firebase deletion may require a retry if a service is unavailable. Original files on your own device, copies you shared elsewhere and records held independently by providers are not erased by the app.

Limited information that may remain

A hashed account tombstone is retained to prevent a deleted identity from regaining access. Limited security/audit records, including hashed staff actors on other requests, can remain for abuse prevention and accountability. Temporary attachment-cleanup metadata is kept until cleanup succeeds. Records required by law or necessary for a legal dispute may also be retained for those purposes. Cancel subscriptions separately

Account deletion does not cancel Google Play billing. If you have a subscription, use Google Play subscriptions with the Google account that purchased it and cancel the app’s subscription separately (it may still show Bharat Builders). Deletion does not automatically refund a payment or remove Google’s transaction records.

Uninstalling, signing out or selecting Clear this account’s local cache is not account deletion and does not cancel a subscription.
