What to include
- A brief description of the problem and which screen you were using.
- Your app version, Android version and the error message, if available.
- A lesson or Helper request reference, if relevant. Redact unrelated personal information in screenshots.
- For a Google Play billing question, the relevant order reference if you have one. Never send card details or payment PINs.
Never email passwords, OTPs, recovery codes or payment PINs. Account-specific requests require ownership verification. Support will not ask you to share sign-in codes.
Account and privacy requests
Phone/OTP sign-in is mandatory, followed by paid membership for learning and AI Helper access. There is no guest browsing. Existing verified members can restore or refresh their server-verified entitlement without buying again; separately approved reviewer access is not a paid subscription. New purchases must complete service verification before content access is granted. A pending purchase does not grant access.
Privacy, terms, support, cancellation, sign-out and account deletion remain accessible without buying membership. If you already have access but the membership screen remains visible, use the available restore or refresh option and contact support if verification fails.
Read the account-deletion page for in-app steps where available and the email deletion option. For access to or correction of your personal information, consent withdrawal or a privacy grievance, email support describing the request. Our privacy policy explains your rights, information use and limited retention.
AI Helper requests
Open a successfully submitted request to view status and messages. A draft saved on your device is not a submitted request. Attachment uploads are currently disabled. Requests are reviewed and fulfilled manually by our internal team, not sent to an external AI service. Any custom scope, availability, fees and delivery are agreed separately. Membership does not include unlimited custom work. Do not submit medical records or sensitive patient information.
Subscriptions
Membership is ₹5 for the first 5 days, then ₹199 per month for eligible new subscribers in India. This is a paid introductory period, not a free trial. Returning or otherwise ineligible subscribers pay ₹199 per month without the introductory offer. Membership automatically renews unless cancelled through Google Play. Your actual checkout shows the applicable offer, price and billing periods before you confirm. See the terms for renewal, cancellation and refund information.
If you have a subscription, manage or cancel it in Google Play. Account deletion and uninstalling do not cancel subscriptions. For refund eligibility, consult Google Play’s refund guidance.
