Terms of service
AI Business Karo (formerly Bharat Builders, unchanged package com.bharat.builders) is operated by Gaurav Panwar. The new name refers to the same app and operator. These terms describe use of the app’s learning and assistance features. Questions: nextlearning123@gmail.com.
Learning and account access
Phone/OTP sign-in is mandatory, followed by paid membership for learning and AI Helper access. There is no guest browsing. An active, server-verified entitlement is required before entering these areas; signing in, tapping purchase or receiving a pending purchase result does not grant access. Existing verified members can restore or refresh access without buying again. Separately approved reviewer access is verified by the service and is not a paid subscription.
Privacy, terms, support, cancellation, sign-out and account deletion remain accessible without buying membership. Users without a verified entitlement must complete a purchase and service verification before entering learning or AI Helper.
Use a mobile number you control and keep access to it secure. Do not share sign-in codes, impersonate another person, bypass access controls or use the app to submit unlawful, abusive or infringing material. Only upload material you are entitled to share. Service access may be restricted to address misuse or protect other users.
Google Play membership
The introductory offer for eligible new subscribers in India is ₹5 for the first 5 days, followed by ₹199 per month. This is a paid introductory period, not a free trial. Returning or otherwise ineligible subscribers pay ₹199 per month without the introductory offer. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled through Google Play.
Introductory-offer eligibility and availability are determined by the actual Google Play product and offer presented to your account. The checkout screen shows the applicable price, billing periods, taxes where applicable and renewal terms before you confirm. If an offer is unavailable to you, do not assume the introductory price applies. Purchases must be completed and verified by the service before access is granted.
Visiting this website, signing in or tapping an unavailable purchase button does not create a subscription or charge. These pages do not collect payment details.
Cancellation and refunds
Manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play subscriptions, using the Google account that made the purchase. Select the app’s subscription (it may still show Bharat Builders) and follow Google Play’s cancellation instructions before your next renewal. Google Play shows the resulting access end date and any applicable billing conditions.
Uninstalling the app, clearing local data or deleting your AI Business Karo account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it separately. Cancellation does not itself guarantee a refund; Google Play’s applicable refund rules and your statutory rights apply. For a billing problem, see Google Play refund guidance or contact support. Nothing in these terms excludes rights available under applicable consumer law.
AI Helper and separate custom work
AI Helper is a request service reviewed and fulfilled manually by our internal team, not instant automated AI generation. Requests are not sent to an external AI service. Requests may concern graphics, video, course material, assistance, marketing or websites. Only a successful service response confirms submission. Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance, completion or a delivery date; attachment uploads are currently disabled.
Custom work depends on separately agreed scope, availability, bespoke fees, delivery expectations and any revision or refund terms communicated before you agree. It is not unlimited or automatically included in membership. Do not assume a lesson subscription purchases custom services. Any payment flow must comply with the applicable platform rules; this site provides no separate checkout.
Content and outcomes
Use learning content for your own learning and permitted projects. Do not redistribute protected course videos or sell access without permission. Any rights to custom deliverables must be agreed as part of that work’s scope.
Lessons and assistance are educational and may contain errors or become outdated. Check important outputs before using them. We do not promise earnings, employment, business success or medical outcomes. Content is not a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
Business operations education only — no medical advice. Health or wellness business examples do not provide diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions or advice for patient care. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for health decisions. Do not submit medical records or sensitive patient information for business assistance.
Availability, privacy and account closure
Features may be unavailable during setup, maintenance, network problems or service changes. We do not promise uninterrupted access or a specific response time. Applicable purchase terms and consumer rights continue to apply.
Our privacy policy explains personal data use and your rights. You can request closure by email or use the in-app account-deletion steps where available. Deletion is irreversible and can remove access to saved progress and requests; arrange any necessary request follow-up and cancel subscriptions separately.
